Changes:

• Lives are now saved to device, and do not reset when you launch the game
• Changed world 1 mountains back to green
• Updated ending screen with credits and music
• Fixed in-app purchases on mobile
• Fixed corners of platforms on worlds 1-4, and 8 so they should all be rounded now
• Redesigned World 8 background
• Black knights in world 8 attack with swords
• Skeletons throw bones
• Changed dragon to boss in world 8
• Added fireballs as an enemy in world 8
